We've never been friends before....but we are now!

I wasn't going to make another post until after Christmas, but after this morning I had to. Koby must really be in the xmas spirit because he was being very friendly to Kole this morning, which is not the usual. I made pancakes and Koby invited Kole to sit beside him and share pancakes with him. He even asked me for two straws for his drink so that they could share it. Kole was eating the attention up. The best part was when Koby said, "Mom, we've never been friends before, but we are now!" Of course, the meal ended with sticky drink being spilled all over my kitchen floor. hehe

I have no new pics to post. I will have tons after next week. We have been really busy with xmas parties and church stuff. Also, we have two non-working cars. Our suburban died Saturday and needs a new engine. I can't imagine why since it is a 1996 with 250000 miles on it. The jeep is always in and out - right now it needs a new starter. So anyways, other than that we are all doing great! Koby is excited about Santa Claus and Kole and Maci are keeping me busy around the house. They are like twins and get in lots of trouble together. It's not uncommon for me to find them unrolling all the toilet paper and dipping it in the toilet and then dragging it through the house. The other night, I got them out of the bath and got Kole's diaper on. While I was putting Maci's pj's on, Koby screams at me that Kole has fallen back in the bath tub water. Just when I thought I had it all together, I almost chopped Noah to death (the toy one) in the garbage disposal. I rescued him though! Never a dull moment! I am thankful for all of it! We will spend xmas here and then go to Bham the day after xmas. We wish all of you Happy Holidays!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We went to Bham and spent time with both of our fams, which was fun. The kids had lots of fun and Troy, his dad and Kell were very proud of the turkey they fried.

We had fun at the LSU game, even though we lost, and the kids had fun playing in the leaves at home. And yes, we dressed Koby up in a butterfly outfit for fun - he was so excited about it.

Trick or Treat!!!!

We had a power ranger, princess/fairy, and a tiger. Maci was not real fond of her costume. Troy and I went as a hippie and mime which equaled "Peace and Quiet". hehee The kids had fun trick or treating and visiting the youth group's Halloweenie Roast.

Mark and April came to visit

The first night we went and walked on the "Big Dam Bridge" and then it rained solid for three days. So, of course, we went to Chuck E. Cheese!

We went to the annual hayride at our friends - The Ciceros. Koby had a blast, Maci was just happy that they had cupcakes and Kole was content with his bottle.

October Fun

Koby and Maci had fun drawing on pumpkins (Kole found a red marker on the floor and drew himself a mustache) and making Halloween cookie sticks. Other than that, we are just hanging out in Arkansas rooting the Tide on!

We Got Rolled!

Well, it took this youth group two years to finally roll us, but it happened last night. The good part about it this time is that our kids can help us clean it up. hehe

Hey everyone!

Enough of you have started blogs to make me want to jump on the bandwagon. I thought we were pretty cool when Troy got us on facebook so that we could keep up with the kids in the youth group. But evidently you also have to have a blogspot to be considered technologically up to speed. hehe

Well, many of you have come to know us as the Nicholson Zoo. So now you can see what actually goes on inside - sometimes the animals are tame and sometimes they need a dose of Benadryl....jk......maybe. Okay, enough talking, hope to hear from you soon. Thanks for visiting!
